Don Edward Beck is a professor, geopolitical advisor, and theorist focusing on applications of large scale psychology, including social psychology, evolutionary psychology, organizational psychology and their effect on human sociocultural systems. Dr Rica Viljoen is an organizational design practitioner & specialist consultant who specializes in sustainable organizational transformation, strategy formulation and leadership optimization.  She is the founder and co-owner of Mandala Consulting Pty Ltd with more than 16 years consulting around the world.

Mr. Sergey A. Solonin has been the CEO of Qiwi Plc since Oct.  2012. He is actively encouraging an innovative fin-tech environment for both governments and business. Currently he acts as CEO of The FinTech Association, co-head of the working group FINNET (Agency for Strategic Initiatives) and CEO of QIWI Group. He is a also the co investor in Creative Thinking School of ICRA, the British Higher School of Design, the Moscow School of Cinema and various others.

Thomas Johns is  a geopolitical consultant with a background in electrical engineering. He focuses on the creation of systems that take into account the values of all the stakeholders. He is actively building analytics and communication systems to help more individuals  thrive during this time of exponential change.

Teddy Hebo Larsen has a medical background as DVM (Doctor in Veterinary Medicine). He has had a 20+ year long career with Eli Lilly & Co. (US) and has held positions such as Managing Director of Denmark and Norway as well as Director of Cultural Transformation for Eli Lilly Europe 2005 - 2009.

He joined Danish H. Lundbeck A/S in 2009 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Human Resources. Today he is a partner in a Medtech company. Teddy has more than 16 years of experience with the practical application of Spiral Dynamics in real life business settings in small and large organisations.
